At Sole Mio Studios, we carefully prepare and dispatch each order with our trusted network of couriers to ensure your pieces arrive safely.

Shipping Overview

Our dispatch team operates Monday to Friday (Central European Time – Rome), excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders (excluding pre-order items) are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and courier.

We currently ship within Italy and internationally.

Please note: We do not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Within Italy

Orders within Italy are shipped via our trusted courier network, including DHL Express and BRT Bartolini.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout
International Shipping

International orders are shipped via our courier network, including DHL Express and BRT Bartolini, depending on the destination.

  • Estimated delivery: 5-15 days
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

Delivery timeframes begin once your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be processed once stock becomes available, based on the estimated date provided at purchase.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please allow a short time for tracking updates to become available after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in preparing your order, delays or issues in transit can occasionally occur.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date at:

If you believe your delivery location is not secure, we recommend shipping to a work address or secure location.

Using a Work Address

If shipping to a work address, please ensure all details are complete, including:

  • Company name
  • Floor/level (if applicable)

Incomplete details may result in the parcel being returned to sender by the courier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can arrange redelivery.

Please note this will incur a redelivery fee, including any additional shipping costs, duties, or taxes.
